Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods (or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by e-mail: info@mmntvvr.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The cancellation request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• The goods are in the original packaging.

• The goods are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom ring sizes, engravings, or bespoke designs).

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned (e.g., items that have been worn or damaged by the customer).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Warranty & Quality Guarantee

In accordance with EU law, all items are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers faults that were present at the time of delivery, such as structural metal failure or a faulty setting.

Warranty Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Loss of stones: The warranty does not cover stones that have been lost.

• Environmental & Chemical Damage: Damage caused by exposure to chemicals (chlorine, bleach, perfumes, lotions), extreme temperatures, or prolonged submersion in water.

• Wear and Tear: Natural aging of the piece, such as the thinning of bands or the wearing down of prongs/claws over time.

• Accidental Damage: Scratches, dents, or bent bands/prongs caused by impact, snagging, or rough handling.

Jewelry Care Guide

To ensure the longevity of your handmade piece and to maintain your warranty, please follow these care instructions:

• Remove Before Activity: Always remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or manual labor.

• Avoid Chemicals: Apply perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before putting on your jewelry. Never wear jewelry in hot tubs or swimming pools.

• Proper Storage: Store items individually in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching.

• Regular Inspection: Periodically check your stone settings. If you notice a "click" or movement when touching a stone, stop wearing the piece immediately and contact us for a repair.
