DELIVERY OF GOODS
1.1. Order Processing Time: The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods to the Buyer within 1–3 business days. This period is calculated starting from the next business day after full payment for the goods and their delivery has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
1.2. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time within Lithuania is 1–2 business days, and within European Union countries – 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, postal services).
1.3. Limitation of Liability: The Seller shall be exempt from liability for delayed delivery if such delay occurs due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., an incorrect delivery address) or due to force majeure circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
1.4. Transfer of Goods and Risk:
Goods shall be considered delivered to the Buyer when they are delivered to the specified address, regardless of whether they are accepted by the Buyer personally or by any other person at the specified address.
If the goods are delivered to a self-service parcel terminal (parcel locker), they shall be considered delivered when the Buyer uses the door opening code.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are actually delivered.
1.5. Incorrect Information and Storage Deadlines: If the Buyer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the shipment within the maximum storage period (at the courier service or parcel locker), the Buyer must cover the Seller’s costs incurred for the return and re-shipment of the parcel.
1.6. Shipment Inspection and Defects:
Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer (or their representative) must inspect the condition of the packaging, the quantity of goods, and the assortment.
If external damage is noticed, the Buyer must draw up a package damage report or make a note in the delivery document and inform the Seller (including photographs).
If the Buyer signs the delivery document without remarks, it shall be considered that the goods were delivered without obvious external defects. This provision does not limit the Buyer’s right to later submit claims regarding hidden (manufacturing) defects that could not have been identified at the time of delivery.
1.7. Unavailability of Goods: If, due to unforeseen technical reasons, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller shall offer the Buyer an equivalent alternative. If the Buyer does not agree to the replacement, the Seller shall refund the full amount paid within 14 days and shall be released from any further liability for failure to fulfill the order.
